Jorge Benítez Moreno is a filmmaker, audiovisual producer, screenwriter, director, producer, and cultural manager from Cartagena, Colombia. He is the founder and legal representative of the Red Arte Center for Artistic Production and Promotion Corporation, established in 2009. He leads projects in arts education, cultural heritage, filmmaking, and traditional gastronomy. His work promotes the research, creation, and preservation of the cultural knowledge and identities of Colombia's Caribbean region.
