Yerzon Vargas (Reflex)
Audiovisual producer, screenwriter, literary writer, actor, and cultural agent. I develop projects with an international focus. My experience includes community filmmaking, short film scripts, and literary writing, with one project screened at the Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival, four others at national film festivals, and two books featured at the Bogotá International Book Fair and national book fairs (Medellín, Neiva, Armenia, Cali). I am currently seeking investors to publish my novel, which has received positive feedback and is being considered for publication by a world-renowned publisher in Spain. My work has had a significant impact on young people in various regions of Colombia. I have a strong understanding of the public and private sectors, having worked for two years in education and culture in the municipality of Melgar, Tolima. I strongly identify with communities that strive to create positive change. I have also pursued training in the effective use of artificial intelligence. I develop innovative strategies to contribute to continuous improvement. Attentive and willing to do what is required of me, to achieve excellent results as a team.
