Roads / Highways

La Cordialidad highway is part of the Troncal del Caribe (which connects Colombia and Venezuela), and the road that historically linked Cartagena and Barranquilla, that is, the departments of Bolívar and Atlántico, and these with the rest of the northern Colombian Caribbean. It is a national highway that owes its name to an attempt to strengthen the brotherhood between the two departmental capitals. It has a length of 143 km.

In the department of Bolívar it passes through the municipalities of Santa Catalina and Clemencia, and the town of Bayunca. In Cartagena, it starts or ends at the transportation terminal (El Pozón neighborhood).
