A center for the conservation of marine fauna and flora, the Oceanarium is home to more than 1,400 animals of 140 different species. Research is conducted here to preserve marine fish and other animals, as well as coral restoration. During the second half of the 1980s, it opened its doors to the public as an Oceanarium for educational purposes. Among the most striking species that can be seen are dolphins, hammerhead sharks, turtles and tropical fish such as emperor angels and blue parrots.

High influx of tourists on organized tours lasting approximately one hour.
